Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

We intend that our delivery and returns process is made as simple and convenient for our customers, ensuring that you receive your purchase as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We want you to enjoy receiving your carefully wrapped purchase soon after you have placed your order.

If your product is in stock UK Delivery will normally be made within 3 -5 days, unless a quicker service has been requested by emailing hello@botanicalcushions.com and an agreed fee paid.

Out of stock products will normally be replenished and dispatched with 15 – 20 days.

International Delivery can be arranged by contacting hello@botanicalcushions.com

 

RETURNS

While we always hope that you are delighted with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item to us.

Purchases must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. You must ensure that goods are wrapped securely and should be returned in its original unused condition. The direct cost of returning goods is your responsibility, unless previously agreed.

We would highly recommend that you use insured registered delivery for this and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

To return goods to us, simply complete the returns form that was included with your purchase and enclose it with the goods and post back to:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return. We cannot be responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
